If you too are trying to arrange some kind of hot dinner plans at some point this weekend, in spite of this really inconvenient weather, I’ve got you covered. Not to mention, this recipe will actually leave you feeling all kinds of warm and fuzzy inside.
This has to be one of my favorite recipes, because I came across it on a friend’s Instagram page (handle: @THAT_PANDALIFE). And by friend, I mean we do the same workout program and motivate each other, while she happens to be living in South Africa. You know, only 8,008 miles away from me. Sometimes the internet is cool like that. Who doesn’t love feeling connected to bad ass women from all over the world?
Anyways, these are her orders – “Just grab whatever is fresh in your fridge, chop into random pieces and throw it all in a pan with 2tbs soy sauce, 2tsp honey, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger and some chili for heat!”
For some extra heat use:
1 tsp of Sriracha
Veggies I used:
zucchini, red pepper, mushrooms, grated carrot, spinach
Noodles:
Instead of noodles she uses bean sprouts
I used 1/2 cup vermicelli noodles
This recipe is amazing, for lack of a better word. Since discovering it a couple weeks ago, I’ve mad it three times. Sometimes when you love something, you love it hard. This recipe falls into that category.
