Purely Elizabeth- A BBG Breakfast

One of my favorite things in the world is breakfast! Although you don’t see as many breakfast post on here. I’m usually too excited about it that I don’t have the patience to take pictures of my food. I usually just scarf it down.

BUT, because I’ve been so excited about one of my recent treats, I made myself take a couple pictures yesterday morning so that I can share it with you all.

Because kayla recommends eating quinoa in the morning. I decided to do some shopping around. The texture of quinoa feels pretty heavy in my stomach although it’s healthy, so I wanted to see if I could find something similar, but something I actually enjoyed eating and this is what I found…

Its made with oats (which is still kayla approved), quinoa, millet and even includes my favorite superfoods:  Flax + Chia seeds.
I can really feel this get my metabolism going in the mornings! Especially if I add nuts and fruits. I usually eat this three times in a week.
